About us
30 years building in Orleans and the surrounding towns
We live and work here. When you call, you reach the owner directly — not a call center. That means honest answers, hands-on oversight, and a build you can stand behind.
Why local matters
Owner-operated since 1995
Blair Building Construction has spent three decades putting up homes and commercial structures across the Northeast Kingdom. The work is hands-on, the estimates are honest, and the communication is straightforward — because the person you talk to is the person on the job.
- Owner-operated, hands-on from first call to final walkthrough
- Structures built to handle decades of Northeast Kingdom weather
- Honest estimates and straightforward communication
